  • You agree to use this site lawfully and respectfully.

  • Do not copy, scrape, or reuse any content without permission.

  • All music, videos, graphics, and writing are the property of Ruby Reubs unless stated otherwise.

  • You may not use this site to commit fraud, abuse the system, or interfere with others’ experience.

3. Products and Services

You may purchase:

  • Digital products (e.g., music, PDF courses)

  • Physical products (e.g., merch)

  • Services (e.g., studio sessions, production, music consultancy, DJ bookings)

All purchases and bookings are subject to availability and confirmation via email. Prices are shown in GBP (£) and may change at any time.

4. Payments

Payments are taken securely online. For services, payment may be requested via invoice with a payment link.
We accept most major credit/debit cards. Payment must be received before services or products are delivered.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Digital products (like PDF downloads or music) are non-refundable once accessed.

  • Physical products (like merch) may be returned within 14 days under UK law, if unused and in original condition.

  • Bookings must be cancelled at least 48 hours in advance for a refund, unless otherwise agreed.

6. Delivery

Merch is fulfilled by third-party providers. Shipping timelines are estimates, not guarantees. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or customs. You are responsible for any import duties or taxes.

7. Intellectual Property

Everything on this website — including music, branding, copy, and artwork — is protected by copyright and cannot be used without written permission.

8. Privacy

We respect your privacy and comply with the UK GDPR. Your data will only be used to respond to inquiries, fulfill orders, or send updates if you opt-in. See our Privacy Policy for more details.

9. Liability

We aim to provide quality content and services. However, we are not liable for:
